Returns and exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.This means that if you simply change your mind once the item has arrived you will not be entitled to a refund. However, if you are concerned with a recent order, please use the contact form to get in touch.
Payment:
Full payment is required at point of order. An order will take approx 2-4 business days with large personalised orders taking 1-2 weeks from receipt of payment. please do get in touch should you require your item at an earlier specified date.
Shipping:
Please allow 1-2 weeks for large personalised items such as patchwork blankets, to be made and personalised. Smaller personalised orders such as cushions, aim to be made and dispatched within 3-4 business days.
Our default delivery courier is Royal Mail for UK Mainland and International delivery. Occasionally myHermes courier will be used and a delivery tracking number will be provided.
